Workflow Operation Manager

POSITION TITLE:  Workflow Operation Manager         

POSITION DUTIES:          

 

1.     E-Commerce Operations Management:

-        Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end e-commerce workflows, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, payment gateways, and customer support.

-        Monitor and analyze the performance of the e-commerce platform, user behavior, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

2.     Customer Experience Enhancement:

-        Develop strategies and initiatives to improve the overall customer experience based on insights from customer behavior and preferences.

-        Address customer complaints, resolve escalated issues, and ensure prompt resolution for maximum customer satisfaction.

3.     Project and Team Management:

-        Develop comprehensive project plans, clearly outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.

-        Collaborate with various departments, vendors, and third-party service providers to integrate necessary tools and technologies into the e-commerce ecosystem.

-        Lead cross-functional teams, set clear expectations, provide guidance, and ensure that project milestones are achieved within set parameters.

4.     Data Analysis & Reporting:

-        Utilize data analytics to generate insights into customer behavior, preferences, and e-commerce performance.

-        Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on project progress, challenges, successes, and opportunities for optimization.

5.     Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

-        Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overarching business goals and strategies.

-        Assist in keyword research, listing optimization, and creation of promotions and sales funnels.

6.     Budget & Resource Management:

-        Oversee budgeting for e-commerce projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.

-        Monitor resource utilization, making necessary adjustments to maximize project outcomes.

7.     Team Development & Training:

-        Lead, train, and coach team members for growth, skill development, and performance improvement.

-        Assess performance regularly through feedback and coaching sessions, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

 

Travel: Domestic travel 5% of the time to client meetings, conferences and trade shows as is normal and customary for the position, and as part of a team, with supervision.

 

Supervisory Duties: Supervises 5-8 people, including the following: Graphic Artist, Customer Service, Listing Optimization Manager, Website Integrator, Multi-platform Expansion Manager, Social Media Manager.

 

HQ is in Belleair, FL; the work can be done from a home office in the Tampa, FL metro area.    

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

1.     High School Diploma or equivalent, including a foreign equivalent.

2.     Two years’ experience as a Workflow Manager, Project Manager, Ecommerce Consultant, or closely related.

3.     The two years of relevant experience must include the following:

a.      Designing and optimizing complex e-commerce workflows.

b.     Managing international e-commerce projects.

c.      Ecommerce platform experience (e.g., Amazon.com, Shopify).

4.     All experience may be gained concurrently.
